Helping Rebuild Skills & Regain Independence
The Brain Injury Program is intensive rehabilitation program specially designed to address the needs of students and young adults who have incurred a traumatic brain injury, head trauma, seizure, stroke, or other medical illness rendering them medically fragile.
This program includes rehabilitation and related services, comprehensive educational programing following high quality curriculum, counseling and significant case management and care coordination.
