Therapeutic Learning for Lifelong Success
Formerly the Pontus Program, the CORE Academy at the Sargent Center provides a highly specialized therapeutic special education program for students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
The goal is to teach students to build self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving skills using the CORE Coping® model. The program offers individualized plans, expert consultation, and supportive classroom strategies that promote emotional safety and independence.
